Michelle Robindell, PCC, CPCC
Principal Consultant and Coach
As the founder of Ripple Effect Coaching, Michelle is your seasoned partner for leadership development and coaching. With a solid 15+ years of experience, Michelle has collaborated with numerous leaders, designing and delivering solutions ranging from one-day sessions to year-long programs focused on various leadership development topics, and has coached leaders and leadership teams at the executive, strategic, and operational levels, accumulating over 1100 coaching hours. She has experience working across diverse industries including tech, government, manufacturing, mining, bio-tech, non-profit, law, oil and gas, health-care, and financial.
Alison Caldwell Johnson, ACC
Senior Consultant and Coach
Alison is a talented facilitator, consultant, and coach who has successfully created and implemented custom, transformational leadership development programs for dozens of organizations across a wide range of industries. As an ICF-accredited coach with over 500 hours of coaching executives and leaders around the world, she is known for “getting to clear quickly” and asking powerful questions that effectively identify underlying individual and organizational dynamics. Alison has defined her unique approach as one that combines skilled listening, insights, and humour with a direct style that lets clients and participants identify and execute small shifts that make a big difference.
